Restore uptime, bytes_sent and bytes_recvd to getPeers (#888)

* Restore `uptime`, `bytes_sent` and `bytes_recvd` to the admin API for peers

* Wrap conn in Yggdrasil instead, so not necessary to do so in Ironwood

* Shuffle struct for alignment
