Changes to VVO node, added NZ and HKG nodes, made Oceania dedicated directory (#611)

VVO peer - changed domain name
Added NZ peer in Wellington
Added HKG peer
Moved Australia and New Zealand to Oceania subdirectory (suggestion for
better organizing)
